If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately. We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Products and Pricing

However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photographs, pricing, or other content on our website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed do not include applicable sales tax, shipping charges, or handling fees, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product or service offered. All descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

3. Ordering Process

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products or services. All orders are subject to acceptance by Strength Fitness & Coaching LLC. We may, at our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Errors in product or pricing information
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
• Orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we ship the product and send you a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed through our website. You are responsible for promptly updating your account and payment information to ensure we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the continental United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, and the weight and dimensions of your order.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed. Strength Fitness & Coaching LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Large Equipment Shipments

Certain fitness equipment items (such as racks, benches, and multi-station machines) may require freight shipping and may include additional handling fees. Freight deliveries are typically curbside only. Any requests for inside delivery, liftgate service, or white-glove delivery will incur additional charges. You are responsible for inspecting freight shipments upon delivery and noting any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Strength Fitness & Coaching LLC offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for most products, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories
• You must initiate a return request by contacting us at info@strengthfitnesscoaching.com within 30 days of receiving your order
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued and must be included with your return shipment
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part

Non-Returnable Items

• Supplements, nutrition products, or any consumable goods that have been opened
• Custom-built or personalized equipment
• Apparel items that have been worn, washed, or have had tags removed
• Digital products, downloadable content, or coaching session recordings
• Gift cards

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement. Items returned without an RMA number or outside the 30-day window may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

6. Coaching Services Terms

Strength Fitness & Coaching LLC provides professional fitness coaching services, including but not limited to personalized training programs, nutrition guidance, one-on-one coaching sessions, and group coaching packages. By enrolling in any coaching program, you agree to the following terms:

Health Disclaimer

Our coaching services are for educational and informational purposes. Before beginning any fitness program, you should consult with a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns. By participating in our coaching services, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks and you voluntarily assume all such risks.

Program Enrollment and Payment

Coaching packages must be paid in full prior to the start of the program unless an installment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing. Pricing for coaching services is as listed at the time of enrollment and is subject to change for future enrollment periods.

Cancellation of Coaching Services

You may cancel a coaching program within 7 days of enrollment for a full refund, provided no coaching sessions have been delivered. After the 7-day window or after receiving any coaching session, refunds will be issued on a prorated basis at the sole discretion of Strength Fitness & Coaching LLC. Missed sessions without 24-hour advance notice are considered completed and are non-refundable.

Results Disclaimer

Individual fitness results vary based on effort, consistency, genetics, diet, and many other factors. We do not guarantee any specific results from our coaching services. Testimonials on our website represent individual experiences and are not intended as guarantees of outcomes.

7. Warranties

Strength Fitness & Coaching LLC warrants that products sold through our website are free from material defects in workmanship under normal use for the applicable warranty period specified on each product listing. Warranty coverage varies by product category and manufacturer.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, commercial use (unless specifically rated for commercial use), normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product care instructions.

To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@strengthfitnesscoaching.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs. We will evaluate your claim and, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STRENGTH FITNESS & COACHING LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• Your use of, or inability to use, our website, products, or services
• Any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of fitness equipment purchased from us
• Any injuries or adverse health effects arising from participation in our coaching programs
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal data or transmissions
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our platform

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of our website, products, or services exceed the amount you paid to Strength Fitness & Coaching LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

The Strength Fitness & Coaching LLC name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Strength Fitness & Coaching LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material on our website without our express written consent, except as incidental to normal web browsing.

You consent to the personal jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

Before filing any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at info@strengthfitnesscoaching.com. We will make good faith efforts to resolve any dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of these Terms, and these Terms shall be construed as if the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
